Projecting from the fully-hipped main section, a double-gabled bay provides a covered entryway and small front porch. Another 8x20 foot porch shades the back, offering ample space for outdoor activities. The 40-foot wide open-span interior allows for almost unlimited design choices. The Chenal model 1A offers 2026 square feet of living space with a 480 square foot garage while our recommended floor plan for model 1B uses all 2500 square feet of enclosed area as living space. The Chenal 2 adds 612 square feet of garage to its 2700 square foot living space.
