Third-Party Drafting and Design Services

As we have explained, you are never restricted to the floor plans we have designed for our Kodiak Steel Homes® models. Our clearspan framing allows you to customize these plans to suit your needs or even to design your own floor plan from scratch (remember you cannot change the structural plan). To do this, you might want to enlist the aid of a drafting or design service, which can be a lot less expensive than you may think. Below we've listed a couple of companies that have worked with some of our customers in the past. Be aware that these are independent companies and not affiliated with Kodiak Steel Homes (see full disclaimer below).

Accent Design Services

Located in Hilo Hawaii, Accent offers a variety of services for homebuilders on the islands, including drafting and design as well as construction management. Several of our Hawaiian customers have worked with them on their homebuilding projects.
