Package description: This dry-in package includes the structural framing, exterior wall framing, steel roof and trim system, gutters and downspouts, and interior framing (351 studs and 72 track sections). It also includes steel siding to fully cover all exterior walls, aluminum soffit, and Solarguard reflective foil insulation for walls and roof.
Roof, Trim, siding and soffit: The roof panels, trim, gutters, and downspouts are all coated with a Kynar finish in your choice of colors (click here to view color selector). Roof panels are 26 gauge sheet, and the trim, gutters, and downspouts are 24 gauge sheet. The buyer may also choose siding and soffit colors.
